For connection of Aluminium (according to DIN 48201 & ACSR conductors according to DIN48204) to Copper conductors (according to DIN 48201). Type tested to AS1154.1.

1, 2 & 3 Bolt: Hot-forged bimetallic sheet
U-bolt: Friction pressure welded strip

Bolts:
1, 2 & 3 Bolt: DIN 933 grade 8.8, hot-dipped galvanised
U-bolt: A2 stainless steel

Washers:
1, 2 & 3 Bolt: DIN 6796, conical spring washer, corrosion resistant
U-bolt: ASTM A666, 301 stainless steel Belleville

Nuts:
1, 2 & 3 Bolt: DIN 934 Steel 8.8 hot-dipped galvanised
U-bolt: DIN 439 stainless steel A2
